Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse

Circulate and/or scrub in a variety of surgical procedures

Ensure sterile field integrity and enforce infection control standards

Collaborate with the surgical team to provide optimal patient outcomes

Monitor patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgery

Document procedures and patient responses accurately and promptly

Travel as required to fulfill assignment expectations
Requirements of the Travel Nurse

Active RN license in the state of New York

Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience

BLS certification
