Travel Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Seven Healthcare is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Operating Room (OR) Travel Registered Nurse in Cooperstown, New York. This contract provides a competitive weekly rate of $3,200, based on three 12-hour day shifts, and the chance to contribute your perioperative expertise within a respected surgical services team.

Key Responsibilities of the OR RN:

• Provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care during pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases

• Circulate and/or scrub for a variety of surgical procedures

• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical techs

• Ensure proper equipment setup, sterile technique, and patient safety protocols

• Manage documentation accurately within the EMR

• Respond promptly to emergencies and support efficient workflow

Requirements of the OR RN:

• Active New York RN license (or ability to obtain before start)

• BLS required.

• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience

• Proficiency in circulating; scrubbing experience preferred

• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
