Travel Registered Nurse – Obs LDRP

Seven Healthcare is excited to present an excellent travel opportunity for an experienced Obstetrics LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) Travel Registered Nurse in Cooperstown, New York. This contract offers a competitive weekly rate of $3,800, based on four ;12-hour rotating day/night shifts, providing a great opportunity to expand your perinatal nursing skills within a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Obs LDRP RN:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care throughout the full perinatal continuum: labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum

• Monitor maternal and fetal status, interpret fetal heart tracings, and respond appropriately to changes

• Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries, including pre- and post-op care

• Support breastfeeding, newborn care, and patient education

• Collaborate closely with obstetricians, midwives, anesthesiologists, pediatric teams, and support staff

• Recognize and respond promptly to obstetric emergencies

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR

Requirements of the Travel Obs LDRP RN:

• Active New York RN license (or ability to obtain prior to start)

• BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN, ;Minimum 2 years of recent Obs L&D, LDRP, or Postpartum experience

• Strong assessment skills and ability to care for both mother and newborn

• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities
