Travel Registered Nurse – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (RN)

Seven Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and experienced NICU RN for a travel assignment in Charlotte, NC. This opportunity offers $2,125 per week for 36 hours, scheduled as 3x12s night shifts.

Key Responsibilities of the NICU Travel Nurse

• Provide specialized care to critically ill or premature newborns in a Level III/IV NICU

• Monitor vital signs, ventilators, IVs, and incubators

• Administer medications and support interventions under NICU protocols

• Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams

• Educate and support families through infant care and emotional challenges

• Accurately document care and follow all hospital safety and infection control policies

• Travel locally as needed to fulfill assignment requirements

Requirements of the NICU Travel Nurse

• Active RN license in North Carolina (or compact license)

• Minimum 2 years of recent NICU experience

• BLS and NRP certifications required

• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and communication skills
