Travel Registered Nurse – MedSurg/Tele (RN)

This 13-week contract includes a competitive weekly blended rate of $2,300, based on three 12-hour day shifts per week. Key Responsibilities – Travel Nurse

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced MedSurg/Telemetry unit

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and patient condition

• Administer medications and follow prescribed treatment plans

• Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with facility protocols

• Educate patients and families on ongoing care and discharge instructions

• Respond calmly and efficiently to emergencies

• Promote a supportive and compassionate environment for patients

Requirements – Travel Nurse

• Active New Hampshire RN license or compact state eligibility

• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in MedSurg/Telemetry

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and multitasking skills

• Ability to work day shifts in a fast-paced environment

• Adaptable and focused in travel assignment settings
