Travel Registered Nurse – MedSurg/Tele

This contract provides a competitive weekly rate of $2,750, based on three 12-hour night shifts, and offers the chance to deliver high-quality patient care within a respected acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities of the MedSurg/Tele RN:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with diverse medical and surgical conditions

• Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms, responding promptly to abnormalities

• Carry out assessments, administer medications, and implement care plans

• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary team members

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge processes

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the facility’s EMR

Requirements of the MedSurg/Tele RN:

• Active New York RN license (or ability to obtain prior to start)

• BLS and ACLS required.

• Minimum 2 years of recent MedSurg and/or Tele experience

• Strong critical-thinking, communication, and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment
