Travel Registered Nurse – MedSurg/Tele

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced MedSurg/Telemetry setting

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs, responding to abnormalities

• Administer medications and follow prescribed treatment plans

• Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies

• Educate patients and families on ongoing care and discharge instructions

Requirements of the Travel Nurse:

• Active North Carolina RN license or compact state eligibility

• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in a MedSurg/Telemetry setting
