Travel Registered Nurse – MedSurg Float

Seven Healthcare is pleased to present an exciting travel opportunity for an experienced MedSurg Float Registered Nurse in Milton, Massachusetts. This assignment offers a competitive weekly blended rate of $2,950, based on three 12-hour night shifts per week. Key Responsibilities of the MedSurg Float RN:

• Provide high-quality nursing care across multiple MedSurg units

• Perform patient assessments, medication administration, and care planning

• Manage diverse patient populations with varying acuity

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care

• Respond to rapid changes in patient status

• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR

• Float as assigned based on facility needs

Requirements of the MedSurg Float RN:

• Active Massachusetts RN license (or ability to obtain)

• BLS, CPR and ACLS required.

• Minimum 2 years of recent MedSurg experience

• Ability to adapt quickly to different unit workflows

• Strong assessment and communication skills
