Travel Registered Nurse – Manager

Seven Healthcare is pleased to present an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced Travel ;Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Travel Nurse Manager in Lawrence, MA. This assignment offers a weekly blended rate of $3,900, based on four 10-hour day shifts per week.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse Manager:

• Provide leadership, supervision, and direction for nursing staff within assigned units

• Oversee daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement clinical policies and best practices

• Support and mentor nursing staff, fostering a positive and growth-oriented work environment

• Manage scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations

• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards

• Monitor clinical outcomes and participate in quality improvement initiatives

• Serve as a resource and advocate for both patients and staff

Requirements of the Travel Nurse Manager:

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of recent clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a nurse leadership or management role

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
