Key Responsibilities of a Travel Long Term Care Nurse:

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team

• Develop and update individualized care plans

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility needs

• Accurately document care in electronic medical records

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident health and quality of life

• Educate residents and families on care plans and health management

Requirements ;of a Travel Long Term Care Nurse:

• Active Wisconsin RN license (or compact license)

• Minimum 1 year of recent Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience

• Current BLS certification

• Strong clinical assessment and time-management skills

• Compassionate approach to geriatric and long-term care nursing
