Travel Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (RN)

Seven Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Travel Registered Nurse for a 13-week Labor and Delivery assignment in Arlington, Texas. This night shift position offers a weekly total of $2,000 and provides the opportunity to join a reputable hospital with a strong maternal care team while receiving full traveler support.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse

• Provide nursing care throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery

• Monitor fetal heart tones, contractions, and maternal vital signs

• Administer medications including oxytocin, antibiotics, and pain management

• Assist with vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections

• Support and educate patients and their families

• Document care and interventions per hospital standards and protocols

Requirements of the Travel Nurse

• Active RN license (Texas or Compact State)

• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required; AWHONN Fetal Monitoring preferred

• Minimum of 2 years’ recent Labor & Delivery experience

• Proficient in managing both low-risk and high-acuity obstetric cases

• Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
