Travel Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

This contract offers a competitive weekly blended rate of $2,520, based on three 12-hour night shifts per week, providing an excellent opportunity to work in a modern, patient-centered facility dedicated to supporting mothers and newborns.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Labor and Delivery RN:

• Provide expert, compassionate care throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery

• Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs, administer medications, and assist with pain management

• Support physicians and midwives during deliveries and emergency procedures

• Educate and emotionally support patients and families during the birthing process

• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with hospital standards

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes

• Respond promptly to obstetric emergencies, ensuring patient safety and comfort

Requirements of the Travel Labor and Delivery RN:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Colorado or compact state)

• BLS and NRP certifications required.

• Minimum of 3 years of recent L&D experience in an acute care hospital setting

• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and communication abilities
