Travel Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery (L&D) Travel Registered Nurse for a reputable hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Key Responsibilities of the Travel L&D RN:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum

• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond promptly to complications

• Assist with vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and obstetric emergencies

• Educate families on labor expectations, newborn care, and recovery

• Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, midwives, and support staff

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in the EMR

Requirements of the Travel L&D RN:

• Active Tennessee RN license (or ability to obtain prior to start)

• BLS and NRP required

• Minimum 2 years of recent L&D experience

• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage high-acuity obstetric situations
