Key Responsibilities of the Travel ICU RN:

Provide comprehensive and continuous care for critically ill patients
-
Monitor vital signs, manage ventilators, and administer medications
-
Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies
-
Collaborate with intensivists, physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams
-
Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and care plans
-
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
Requirements of the Travel ICU RN:

Active Tennessee RN license (or ability to obtain prior to start)

BLS and ACLS required
-
Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience

Strong critical thinking skills and ability to manage high-acuity situations
