Travel Registered Nurse – Home Health (RN)

Seven Healthcare is pleased to offer a fulfilling travel nursing opportunity for a Registered Nurse in Home Health, based in Rock Hill, SC. This contract includes a competitive weekly blended rate of $1,950, based on three 12-hour day shifts per week.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Home Health Nurse

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, following care plans and physician orders

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document progress accurately

• Administer medications and perform wound care, catheter care, and other skilled tasks

• Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and treatment plans

• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other members of the healthcare team

• Ensure compliance with home health regulations, documentation, and safety protocols

• Manage a daily schedule of home visits within the assigned region

Requirements of the Travel Home Health Nurse

• Active South Carolina or Compact RN license

• Current BLS certification

• Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in a Home Health setting

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
