Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse
-
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across Lebanon and surrounding areas
-
Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and update documentation in EMR systems
-
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
-
Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and care plans
-
Monitor changes in patient condition and respond accordingly
-
Maintain compliance with agency protocols and regulatory guidelines
Requirements of the Travel Nurse

Active RN license in Pennsylvania (or compact license)
-
Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health RN experience required

OASIS documentation experience is required

BLS certification required
-
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Excellent clinical, communication, and time-management skills
