Travel Registered Nurse – Float Pool (RN)

Seven Healthcare is pleased to offer a travel opportunity for an RN – Float Pool in Morgantown, WV. This assignment consists of 12-hour night shifts, three days per week, totaling 36 hours, with a weekly pay of $2,700.

Key Responsibilities of the RN – Float Pool:

• Provide high-quality patient care across multiple inpatient units, including Stepdown, Neuro, Orthopedics, Trauma, General Medicine, and Oncology

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols

• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes or emergencies

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care

• Accurately document patient care in electronic medical records

• Adapt quickly to varying unit workflows, patient populations, and acuity levels

• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Active West Virginia RN license (or compact license)

• Minimum 1–2 years of recent acute care RN experience required

• Prior float pool or multi-specialty experience strongly preferred

• Current BLS and ;ACLS required

• Strong clinical judgment, flexibility, and communication skills

• Must be well rounded and strong in Stepdown, Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, General medicine, Oncology
