Travel Registered Nurse – Endoscopy/Gastroenterology

Seven Healthcare is pleased to present an exciting travel nursing opportunity for a Travel ;Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Endoscopy/Gastroenterology in Rochester, NY. This assignment offers a weekly blended rate of $3,000, based on five 8-hour day shifts per week.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse

• Provide expert, compassionate care to patients undergoing endoscopic and gastroenterology procedures

• Assist physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as colonoscopies, EGDs, ERCPs, and other GI interventions

• Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures, ensuring comfort and safety

• Administer medications and sedation per physician orders

• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and procedural standards

• Accurately document all aspects of patient care and recovery

• Educate patients and families regarding post-procedure care and follow-up instructions

Requirements of the Travel Nurse

• Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (CGRN preferred)

• Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in Endoscopy, GI Lab, or Procedural Nursing
