Travel Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (RN)

Seven Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Travel Registered Nurse for a 13-week Emergency Department assignment in Bowling Green, Kentucky. This evening/night shift position (3×12-hour shifts) offers a weekly total of $1,850 and provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality, fast-paced care to patients with diverse emergency needs.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse

• Rapidly assess and triage patients with a wide range of acute conditions

• Administer medications, IVs, and emergency interventions as needed

• Collaborate with physicians, paramedics, and support staff in high-pressure situations

• Monitor and document changes in patient conditions using EHR systems

• Assist in trauma care, code situations, and critical patient stabilization

• Maintain infection control, safety protocols, and accurate records

Requirements of the Travel Nurse

• Active RN license (Kentucky or compact eligible)

• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required

• Minimum of 2 years’ recent ED experience in a hospital setting

• Strong clinical skills in emergency and trauma care

• Ability to remain calm and focused in rapidly changing environments

• Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts
