Travel Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (RN)

This 13-week night shift assignment (3×12-hour shifts) offers a weekly blended rate of $2,700. Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse

• Rapidly assess and triage patients presenting with a wide range of acute conditions.

• Administer medications, IVs, and emergency interventions as required.

• Collaborate with physicians, paramedics, and support staff in high-pressure situations.

• Monitor and document changes in patient conditions using EHR systems.

• Assist in trauma care, code situations, and critical patient stabilization.

• Maintain infection control, safety protocols, and accurate records.

Requirements of the Travel Nurse

• Active New York RN license (or compact eligible).

• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; TNCC preferred.

• Minimum 2 years’ recent experience in a hospital ED setting.

• Strong clinical skills in emergency and trauma care.

• Ability to remain calm and focused in rapidly changing environments.

• Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts.
