Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse:

Provide expert, high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing electrophysiology and cardiac catheterization procedures

Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional EP procedures, including ablations and device implantations

Monitor patient vitals, hemodynamics, and sedation levels throughout procedures
-
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocol

Collaborate with cardiologists, technologists, and the perioperative team to ensure safe, efficient patient care

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all hospital and regulatory standards
Requirements of the Travel Nurse:

Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license

Current BLS and ACLS certifications (RCIS or CCRN preferred)

Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in the Electrophysiology or Cardiac Cath Lab setting
