Travel Registered Nurse – Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (RN)

Seven Healthcare is excited to offer a rewarding nursing opportunity for a Travel Registered Nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) in Concord, North Carolina. This contract includes a competitive weekly blended rate of $2,125, based on three 12-hour night shifts per week.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse

• Deliver critical care to patients recovering from cardiac surgery or experiencing serious heart conditions

• Monitor hemodynamics, cardiac rhythms, and vital signs

• Administer medications, including vasoactive drips and other intensive therapies

• Operate and manage advanced life support equipment

• Collaborate closely with cardiologists, intensivists, and other healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with hospital protocols

• Communicate with patients and families regarding care plans and recovery expectations

• Respond swiftly to emergency situations and changes in patient condition

Requirements of the Travel Nurse

• Active North Carolina or Compact RN license

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a CVICU or similar critical care setting
