Travel Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab (RN)

Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Travel Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab RN for a travel assignment in Blacksburg, VA. This opportunity offers $2,960 per week for 40 hours, scheduled as 4x10s day shifts.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures

• Monitor patient condition pre-, intra-, and post-procedure

• Administer medications, manage sedation, and respond to emergent situations

• Operate and maintain specialized Cath Lab equipment

• Collaborate with cardiologists, techs, and the care team for optimal patient outcomes

• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all safety and infection control protocols

• Travel locally as needed to fulfill assignment expectations

Requirements of the Travel Nurse

• Active RN license in Virginia (or compact license)

• Minimum 2 years of recent Cardiac Cath Lab experience

• BLS and ACLS certifications required

• Proficient in cardiac monitoring, procedural prep, and emergency response protocols
