Key Responsibilities of the Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist role:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain.

• Treat a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions.

• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for long-term wellness.

• Collaborate closely with physicians, PTAs, and other care team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

• Document all patient care activities accurately and timely in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements of the Travel Physical Therapist:

• Valid PA State Licence

• Current BLS certification

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Physical Therapist Outpatient setting
