Travel Nurse – RN – PCU – Progressive Care Unit – $2612 / Week

Lancesoft is seeking an experienced Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse for an exciting Travel Nursing job in Albuquerque, NM. Shift: 3×12 hr nights Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Pay: $2612 / Week

Job Responsibilities:-Ensures safe, effective, patient-centered, timely, efficient, and equitable care of patients.-Provides direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting individual patient needs, actions taken, and patient responses.-Coordinates patient care through collaboration with the patient/family and healthcare team.-Initiates, utilizes, and documents appropriate protocols and standards of care. -Administers medication and treatments as prescribed by physician or standard protocols and documents according to policy.-Identifies and meets patient and family learning and discharge needs on admission and throughout the episode of care.-Assumes responsibility for the clinical supervision of LPNs and non-licensed assistive personnel.-Collaborates with ancillary teams and non-licensed assistive personnel.

Requirements:

Required Education: One of the following is required:-Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN).-Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN).

Required Certifications & Licensure:-State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License.-BLS, ACLS certifications.-BLS and ACLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.
