Travel Nurse – RN – ER – Emergency Room – $2254 / Week

Lancesoft is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for an exciting Travel Nursing job in Milwaukee, WI. Shift: 3×12 hr nights Start Date: 03/16/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Pay: $2254 / Week

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department (ED) RN to join a high acuity, fast paced emergency care team. The nurse will provide rapid assessment, stabilization, and treatment for patients presenting with a wide range of urgent and emergent conditions.
This role supports a larger ED department and requires strong critical thinking, triage, and multitasking abilities. The RN may be required to float within skill set across units or to nearby affiliated sites within 40 miles, ensuring consistent patient care delivery. Proficiency in Epic EMR is essential.

Requirements:

Active RN License in the state of assignment

Minimum 2 years of recent ED experience in a larger ED department

BLS, ACLS, PALS (facility may require TNCC or NIHSS depending on site)

Strong competency in ED triage, emergent care, and rapid response

Epic EMR experience required

Ability to float within the facility as needed and to affiliated sites up to 40 miles

Excellent assessment, multitasking, and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a high volume, high stress environment
