Lancesoft is seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Operating Room Registered Nurse for an exciting Travel Nursing job in Atlanta, GA. Shift: 3×12 hr days Start Date: ASAP Duration: 12 weeks Pay: $3244 / Week

• We are seeking an expert Registered Nurse – CVOR with strong competency across complex cardiac and vascular procedures. The ideal candidate demonstrates consistent 3s and 4s in skill assessments, has strong endovascular experience, and brings additional versatility in Neurosurgery, Surgical Oncology, and Robotics. This role supports high acuity cases in a fast paced surgical environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and high quality patient care during cardiovascular and specialty procedures.

Requirements:

• Active Georgia RN license or Compact RN license in hand.
• Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR experience, with strong demonstrated performance (3s and 4s in skill competencies).
• Proven experience in cardiac and vascular cases, including open-heart and endovascular procedures.
• BLS and ACLS (AHA required).
• Strong understanding of sterile technique, cardiovascular equipment, and OR workflow.
• Ability to thrive in a high acuity, fast paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Neurosurgery, Surgical Oncology, and Robotic surgeries.
• CNOR Certification.
• Prior experience in a high volume cardiac center or hybrid OR environment.
