Lancesoft is seeking an experienced ENDO/GI LAB Registered Nurse for an exciting Travel Nursing job in Baton Rouge, LA. Shift: 5×8 hr days Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Pay: $2366 / Week

Dept: Endoscopy (ENDO)
Worker Type: Temporary Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 8-hr Day Shift (M-F) + On-Call (after-hours, weekends, holidays)
Hours/Week: 40

Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Endoscopy RN fully competent in all GI and pulmonary endoscopic procedures. This nurse must be able to operate independently across advanced Endoscopy, Pulmonary, and robotic systems while upholding Ochsner’s patient-first culture.

Required Education & Certifications
Required: RN diploma
Preferred: ADN or BSN
License: Active RN license in state of practice
Certifications: BLS (AHA) required; specialty certification preferred

Strong computer and EMR skills
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities
Ability to educate patients/families
Leadership, delegation, and interdisciplinary teamwork
Ability to adapt care to diverse patient populations

Core Duties
Deliver patient care using the nursing process
Support advanced endoscopy, GI, and pulmonary procedures
Assist with patient/family education
Manage resources and coordinate with care teams
Utilize data to drive quality/outcome improvement
Promote patient satisfaction and uphold Ochsner values
Perform additional duties as assigned

Special Clinical Requirements
RN must be fully proficient in:
Advanced GI procedures:
ERCP
EUS

Pulmonary procedures:
Bronchoscopy
EBUS

Robotic procedures:
ION Robot
Bariatric endoscopic procedures (preferred)
Must function independently in all areas of Endoscopy
