Lancesoft is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse for an exciting Travel Nursing job in Urbana, IL. Shift: 3×12 hr days Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Pay: $2506 / Week

Position: Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (RN UP – ED)

End Date: 05/23/2026
Shift: MIDS (11:00 AM – 11:00 PM)
Hours: 36 hours per week (12-hour shifts, 3 days per week)
Call Shifts: 2 call shifts per 6-week schedule period (13-hour shifts with 1-hour response time)
Nights Rotation: Required for all travelers (2-week nights rotation)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in the Emergency Department (ED). The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients in emergency situations, collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective interventions. The RN will be responsible for performing initial assessments, developing care plans, and providing nursing interventions tailored to individual patient needs.

Requirements:

Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of recent, relevant nursing experience in an Emergency Department (ED) or similar high-acuity environment.
Strong critical thinking, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills.
Proficiency in emergency nursing procedures and patient management.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining patient safety and quality of care.

Required Certifications:
Active RN License (Illinois or compact state)
BLS (Basic Life Support) – American Heart Association
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – American Heart Association
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – American Heart Association
