Key Responsibilities of the Travel MRI Technologist:

• Perform high-quality MRI scans following physician orders and imaging protocols

• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and accurate positioning during procedures

• Operate and maintain MRI scanners and related equipment

• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff to deliver timely diagnostic results

• Screen patients for contraindications to MRI procedures and ensure adherence to safety guidelines

• Document all studies accurately in the EMR and maintain organized patient records

Requirements of the Travel MRI Technologist:

• Active ARRT (MR) certification required

• BLS certification required

• Minimum of 2 years of recent MRI experience in a hospital or imaging center

• Proficiency with GE, Siemens, or Philips MRI systems preferred

• Excellent technical, communication, and problem-solving skills
