Travel MRI Technologist

Key Responsibilities of the Travel MRI Technologist:

• Perform high-quality MRI scans in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols

• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and education throughout the imaging process

• Operate and maintain MRI equipment, troubleshooting technical issues as needed

• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other technologists to ensure optimal diagnostic results

• Review and verify imaging data for accuracy before submission to interpreting physicians

• Adhere to all radiation safety guidelines and hospital standards

• Maintain proper documentation and patient confidentiality at all times

Requirements of the Travel MRI Technologist:

• Active ARRT (MR) certification required

• BLS certification ;

• Minimum of 3 years of recent MRI experience in a hospital or acute care setting

• Strong technical proficiency and excellent communication skills
