Travel Licensed Practical Nurse – MedSurg

Seven Healthcare is pleased to present an exciting travel nursing opportunity for a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) specializing in Medical-Surgical care in Rochester, NY. This assignment offers a weekly blended rate of $1,152, based on three 12-hour day or night shifts (36 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities of the Travel LPN:

• Deliver safe, effective care to medical-surgical patients in an acute care setting

• Monitor and document patient conditions, including vital signs and medication responses

• Administer medications and perform treatments under physician or RN supervision

• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal care

• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions

• Maintain accurate records in accordance with facility protocols

• Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and overall comfort

Requirements for the Travel LPN: ;

• Active New York LPN/LVN license

• Current BLS certification

• Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in a medical-surgical nursing environment
