Travel Licensed Practical Nurse – Long Term Care (LTC)

Seven Healthcare is pleased to present a rewarding travel nursing opportunity for a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Long-Term Care setting in Vestal, NY. This assignment is based on five 8-hour day shifts per week, totaling 40 hours paying $1,500 for travelers ($1,400 for local candidates).

Key Responsibilities of the Travel LPN:

• Provide compassionate evening care to residents in a long-term care facility

• Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient condition

• Administer medications and perform treatments as directed by providers or RNs

• Assist residents with comfort and hygiene needs during evening hours

• Document all care provided in accordance with facility policies

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care

• Communicate effectively and empathetically with residents and families

Requirements for the Travel LPN:

• Active New York LPN/LVN license

• Current BLS certification

• Minimum of 1 years recent experience in a long-term care setting
