This assignment offers a weekly blended rate of $1,220, based on five 8-hour shifts per week across day and evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel LPN:

Deliver quality care to residents in a long-term care setting

Monitor and document patient health status and vital signs

Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed

Assist with daily living activities and provide emotional support

Work collaboratively with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams

Ensure accurate charting and compliance with facility protocols
Requirements for the Travel LPN: ;

Active New York LPN or LVN license

Current BLS certification

Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in long-term care
