Seven Healthcare is pleased to present a rewarding travel nursing opportunity for a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in a Long-Term Care setting in Penn Yan, NY. This assignment is based on five 8-hour evening shifts per week.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel LPN:

Provide compassionate evening care to residents in a long-term care facility

Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient condition

Administer medications and perform treatments as directed by providers or RNs

Assist residents with comfort and hygiene needs during evening hours

Document all care provided in accordance with facility policies

Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care

Communicate effectively and empathetically with residents and families
Requirements for the Travel LPN:

Active New York LPN/LVN license
-
Current BLS certification
-
Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in a long-term care setting
