Seven Healthcare is pleased to present a rewarding travel nursing opportunity for a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in a Long-Term Care setting in Geneva, NY. This assignment offers a weekly blended rate of $1,500, based on five 8-hour night shifts (40 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities of the Travel LPN:

Provide compassionate overnight care to residents in a long-term care facility
-
Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient condition
-
Administer medications and perform treatments as directed by providers or RNs
-
Assist residents with comfort and hygiene needs during nighttime hours
-
Document all care provided in accordance with facility policies
-
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care

Communicate effectively and empathetically with residents and families
Requirements for the Travel LPN:

Active New York LPN/LVN license
-
Current BLS certification
-
Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
