CST with thoracic and vascular/endovascular experience documented or the submission will be DROPPED. 12 hours Days – CST Main OR 7a-7p – Could include Sat/Sun shift (days during the week will vary depending on the need of the unit and unit cannot guarantee a block schedule). 966 bed hospital, ORT – VUH Main OR – Must be certified and have it on file at time of submission. Only accept the NBSTA certification. Must have prior travel experience. Must have experience primarily in thoracic and vascular/endovascular experience (most all services except cardiac). 17 bed OR (inpt and outpatient) & 5 procedural. Level 1 trauma. Must have a minimum of 2 years OR experience. Patient Population (Diagnoses): Open heart, transplant, trauma/neuro. All case types: neuro, trauma, general, ortho, GYN, urology, ENT, plastics, cardiothoracic, vascular, transplant (liver, renal, pancreas), robotic, hybrid rooms (cysto, bronch, and lead extraction), ambulatory ortho, burn, hepatic-biliary. Age Range: adult; no peds. Children s Hosp. OR is separate. Could float between OR but not locations. No Call. IVS to Interview/Mgr to Offer Vanderbilt requires all travelers to have complete COVID vaccine series or valid exemption by Start Date. No Exceptions. Time Off Request: No more then 5-7 days off time off can be approved.Float Required: NoCertifications: NBSTSA Verification,BLS; Guaranteed Hours:36; Local travels will incur a lower rate.
