During thesurgery,scrubtechnicians provide suction and retraction as directed, and hand thesurgeonany necessary instruments, sponges and other items.Skills: Perform proficiently in scrub role for routine and specialty procedures.Ability to function as a member of the operating room team under stressful situations.Proficient handling of equipment and instruments.High level of organization and planning for surgical procedures.High level of flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures.High level of flexibility to adapt to changes in delegatedduties.Ability to teach skills in intraoperative settingShift:AM; 36hours/per week; (3) 12sON Call: noneWeekend: 3 Weekends in a 6-week scheduleHolidays:As NeededPer the Unit
