If unable to pass – A Portacount test would be required, which CANNOT be completed on clinicians with facial hair & PAPR CANNOT be completed on site solely due to failing because of facial hair – contract would be canceled if facial hair cannot be removed.- # of Suites: 6 ORs, 1 GI suite- Common Cases: Adult, Peds, Geriatrics, Obstetric. ORTHO – Total Joints, ORIF, Arthroscopy OB/GYN – Cesarean Section, LAVH, D&C, Diagnostic Lap GENERAL – Lap Appy, Lap Chole, Ex Lap. C-arm, Mako robot, ligasure, harmonic scapel- Experience or ‘Must have’ skills: Familiar with total joints and c-sections. MAKO robot a plus, ortho- Is there a manager/Charge Nurse on each shift? Does the charge nurse take an assignment?: No- Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?): 9 hour shifts M-Th 0700-1630, 0600-1530 // Team/self scheduling- Weeknight/Call Requirements: 1-2 call shifts per week based on need (End of shift until 0700 next day)- Weekend/Call Requirements: 1 weekend per month (0700 Friday to 0700 Monday)- Holiday/Call Requirements: On call- Floating Requirements: Typically do not float unless prior training in other areas- Scrub Color/Dress Code: Provided- How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation?: 1-2 shiftsRadius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract).
