Must be greater than 75 miles away.ORT-First Assist 12 hours days 7a-7p (days during the week will vary depending on the need of the unit and unit cannot offer a block schedule); Must have Scrub experience, will be required to Scrub. Must have First Assist Experience. 966 bed hospital. Must have experience in ortho, ortho spine, abdominal robotics, and plastics. Must be certified and have it on file at time of submission. Only accept the NBSTA certification and must reflect the CST-FA certification. 56 bed OR (inpt and outpatient); 5 procedural. Level 1 trauma. Must have a minimum of 2 years OR experience. Patient Population (Diagnoses): transplant, trauma/neuro. All case types: neuro, trauma, general, ortho, GYN, urology, ENT, plastics, cardiothoracic, vascular, transplant (liver, renal, pancreas), robotic, hybrid rooms (cysto, bronch, and lead extraction), ambulatory ortho, burn, hepatic-biliary. Age Range: adult; no peds. Children’s Hosp. OR is separate. Could float between OR but not locations. IVS to Interview/Mgr to Offer. Float Required: NoCertifications: NBSTSA Verification,BLS; Guaranteed Hours:36; Local travels will incur a lower rate.
