No, unless 5+ Peds CVOR experienceLevel II Pediatric Trauma CenterLevel IV NICUPatient Types/Common Diagnoses: Neonates 18; will see adult sized patients as well as infants and everything in between. Could see patients who are developmentally delayed and/or have congenital anomalies. Cardiothoracic cases Tetralogy of Fallot, pericardial window, transposition of great vessels, open heart valve repairs, ECMO, PDA ligation through thoracotomy, ASD repairsRequired Licensure Certifications: CST, BLS, WA State LicenseSkills required: Experience scrubbing with above patient types (send for manager approval if 1 or 2 things they do not have experience with)EMR: EPICFloating: Will help General OR to assist with cases when not busy in CVORWeekend rotation: Call onlyOn call?
