Key Responsibilities
As a Surgical Technologist, you will:

• Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures and ensure a sterile environment

• Assemble and organize surgical instruments and supplies

• Assist surgeons and nurses during operations, maintaining proper technique and efficiency

• Monitor patient safety and sterile field throughout procedures

• Handle specimens, prepare surgical equipment, and assist in post-op clean-up

• Follow infection control protocols and safety standards

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program

• Certification (CST) preferred or required depending on facility standards

• Current BLS certification

• 1+ year of operating room experience preferred but not required

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in high-pressure environments

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
