It s about joining a team that takes pride in what they do and how they show up for their patients and each other.What You ll Be DoingProvide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy across SNF, AL, and IL settingsEvaluate residents and build individualized, goal-driven treatment plansCollaborate closely with your interdisciplinary team to support the whole patientDocument clearly and efficiently using EMR systemsEducate residents, families, and caregivers to promote carryover and long-term successContribute to a positive, team-oriented therapy environmentWhat We re Looking ForMaster s Degree in Speech-Language PathologyActive MD state licenseExperience in senior living or skilled nursing settings is helpful, but not requiredSomeone who communicates well, adapts easily, and genuinely cares about their patientsWho You ll Be Working WithSenior residents across all three care settings on campusA mix of short-term rehab and long-term careDiagnoses include stroke, dementia, Parkinson s disease, dysphagia, and post-acute conditions Position Urgency:Normal Billing string = Medefis; SLP @ Senior Living Community
