Speech Language Pathology Assistant

Club Xcite, in affiliation with AB Staffing, is looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) that is available for the 2025/2026 school year.

Requirements:

• Valid California SLPA license

• Experience in schools preferred but not required
• Strong communication, reliability, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, student-focused environment
• Ability to work under the supervision of an SLP

Job Description:

• Caseload and details of position/classroom type will differ based on school location
• Contract through the 2025/2026 school year – 28 hours per week
• Contract follows the academic district calendar

Essential Functions:

• Provide direct speech and language services under SLP supervision
• Support students across K–12 classrooms
• Assist with screenings and informal assessments
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by supervising SLP
• Collect data and maintain documentation according to school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to promote student success
• Help students build communication skills, confidence, and functional language

Salary:

• $1,540 – $1,624 per week
