Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Provide direct therapy to patients across diverse populations

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapy teams to ensure optimal outcomes

• Document patient progress in compliance with regulations

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment techniques and progress

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and discharge planning

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin Speech Language Pathologist license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills

• Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
