HCRG Care Group is seeking a qualified and experienced Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist to join the team, specialising in dysphagia and neurology. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality assessment and intervention for adults with swallowing and communication difficulties, supporting rehabilitation and improved quality of life.

Undertake comprehensive assessments for adults with dysphagia and neurological communication disorders.

Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Provide support and intervention to optimise swallowing safety, communication, and functional outcomes.

Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care.

Offer guidance, support, and supervision to junior staff, assistants, and students where appropriate.

Contribute to service development, audit, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance speech and language therapy provision.
