Undertake comprehensive assessments and provide evidence-based interventions for adults with communication and swallowing difficulties.

Contribute to Best Interest Assessments (BIA), ensuring decisions are patient-centred, ethical, and legally compliant.

Develop and implement individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans tailored to patient needs.

Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, high-quality care and facilitate safe discharge.

Provide guidance, supervision, and mentorship to junior therapists, assistants, and students.

Participate in service development, audit, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance speech and language therapy provision
