Special Procedures Technologist

Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Special Procedures Technologist for a respected hospital system in White Plains, New York. This full‑time day‑shift role is ideal for an allied health professional with strong radiography training who excels in procedural environments, supports interventional imaging, and delivers safe, high‑quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

As a Special Procedures Technologist, you will:

• Assist physicians during interventional and diagnostic procedures
• Function as a technologist in the procedural suite, maintaining sterile technique and equipment readiness
• Operate imaging, fluoroscopy, and monitoring equipment during procedures
• Ensure high-quality imaging while maintaining patient safety and comfort
• Prepare and position patients for procedures
• Accurately document procedural data and ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled

Schedule Details

• Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Includes on-call responsibilities
• Full time, 40 hours per week

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited allied health education programme or hospital-based radiography programme
• Active New York State DOH Licensure or Limited Permit
• ARRT Registered (RT) and Radiography (R)
• BLS Certification
• For individuals assigned to Neuro Interventional Radiology (NIR): minimum 2 years of neuro interventional experience required

Strong procedural, technical, and patient-care skills are essential, along with the ability to apply new concepts and adapt quickly in a fast-paced procedural environment.
