Senior Social Worker

Solihull Borough Council is looking for a Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our dedicated and forward-thinking social care team. • Manage a varied caseload, conducting comprehensive assessments and developing care plans for children, families, and adults.

• Lead safeguarding investigations and provide effective intervention in line with statutory guidance.

• Collaborate with multi-agency teams to deliver integrated services and ensure holistic care for service users.

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date case documentation, in compliance with council policies and legal requirements.

• Provide professional advice and support to colleagues, helping to drive best practice in social work services.

• Participate in ongoing training and development, accessing supervision to enhance your skills and career progression.
