Provide professional support and mentoring to social workers and students, promoting a culture of reflective practice, learning, and continuous development.

Complete in-depth assessments and lead on care planning processes that are child-centred, outcome-focused, and responsive to the needs and voice of the child.

Prepare and quality-assure comprehensive reports for legal proceedings, child protection conferences, and looked after reviews, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timeliness.

Liaise and collaborate with multi-agency partners to coordinate effective safeguarding and intervention strategies for children and families.

Contribute to team development, service improvement, and quality assurance activities, supporting best practice across Bradford’s Children’s Services.
